Holy Trinity College to Zambia

On Thursday 21st March, a group of students and staff from Holy Trinity College along with the Spirit of Paul McGirr charity are travelling to Lusaka in Zambia.

Whilst there we will undertake volunteer work and aim to construct a handball court among other projects at a school in Lusaka which was established to remember Paul’s spirited approach to life.

Holy Trinity Primary, St Malachy’s Primary Drummullan and the parishioners of Cookstown Parish have kindly donated a number of iPads which we will take out and hand over to the school in Lusaka.

We would like to thank the two Primary School’s for this donation, it is greatly appreciated.

We would also like to thank everyone associated with Holy Trinity Parish for their continued generosity in helping with our fundraising campaign since last September.

We are counting down the days to our trip and look forward to telling you about it upon our return.
